Join Bryan Holladay for a conversation with newly appointed MPTA Chair David Howard. They will discuss who the MPTA is, what they do, how they do and when it will all get done. The Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority (MPTA) was created to administer the funding generated by the newly passed one cent sales tax. The MPTA is made up a members appointed by different governing bodies associated with public transit.
