The Land Use Coffee is a quarterly gathering specifically for architects, developers, builders, and those who are interested in in-depth conversations on building codes, UDO, and other regulatory issues. Hosted by CLTPR’s Bryan Holladay and sponsored by the Marsh McLennan Agency.
Our next meeting will be on April 23 from 9-10:30am at Mecklenburg County Code Office.
Patrick Granson the Director of Code Enforcement will be the guest and we will discuss how his office is handling the recent legislation impacting building codes and plan review. He will update us on the upcoming technology transition with the City of Charlotte.
